We are currently looking for an office assistant to help assist our busy office with the organization and operating of Lovelace Pump Co. Inc. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, professional, and able to undertake a variety of office tasks. The ability to get along with coworkers is a must.
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
**Duties:**
- Assist in managing office activities and operations
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Enter job service tickets in scheduling sofware & dispatch to service technicians
- Accounts Payable
- Assist with ordering and putting parts away.
- Support office staff with clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Work on special projects as needed.
- Post customer payments and credit cards
- Customer invoicing
- Maintain trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in an office setting or a similar role
- Strong customer service and support skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry, Word, and Excel. Accounting software experience a plus
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus
