The Account Manager will aid the daily operations of the assigned division. As the Account Manager you will partner with the Client Representative to manage all aspects of client services to ensure all personnel and compliance matters are in order. The Account Manager will maintain business relations to ensure continued partnerships, as well as aid in business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client services including establishing accounts, confirming orders, and providing candidate submissions
- Build effective business relations through continued communication and site visits
- Partner with clients to ensure successful staffing solution implementation and to identify new business opportunities
- Provide training for clientele electronic systems and procedures
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Collaborate with Bulling and Accounts Receivable teams to reconcile invoices in a timely manner by monitoring accounts and resolving invoice adjustments
- Meet or exceed established productivity goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, staffing, or educational fields
- 5+ years of Account Management experience in the educational field
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
