Cake Decorator/ Pastry Chef wanted for a Long Island Bakery located in Rocky Point (North Shore -Eastern Suffolk) Position requires a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience. Preffered experienced in the production of; Wedding Cakes, Occasion Cakes, Pastries, Cookies, and cupcakes.
Candidate must have knowledge with fondant, buttercream and regular icings. Applicants must have the ability to use their judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Creativity is expected. An understanding of food sanitation regulations is mandatory. Work must be professional, clean, accurate and fast!!
You must have the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (according to customer demand). Full time and/or part time positions available, weekends a must.
