General Manager
Fast-paced growing collision center is seeking a focused, results-oriented, highly driven, motivated and experienced General Manager for Collision Center to grow our repair facility and take it to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily activities of the body shop to ensure vehicles are repaired to meet company and insurance standards. Ensure vehicles are delivered in a timely manner.
- Monitor the collision department daily to ensure profitability and efficiencies are being met. Responsible to monitor and control expenses.
- Respond to customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Hire and supervise all departmental personnel. Support, mentor, engage and coach as required. Monitor training and development to ensure certifications and compliance are met.
- Build strong professional and customer relationships
- Manage company processes to meet goals, enhance productivity, and drive innovation by aligning processes with desired outcome.
- Create a positive culture for all team members focusing on employee productions and retention.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a General Manager for an Auto Body Collision Center and have the references to substantiate this.
- Have a record of outstanding sales achievement and Excellence in Customer Service
- Be a process driven coach/mentor who can lead an existing group of dedicated employees
- CCC one experience
- High-end/import car estimating experience preferred
- Experience with USAA and Liberty Mutual
- Be a hands-on daily leader who stays involved in all aspects of the daily operation
- Have a strong attention to and appreciation for the details
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic and integrity
- Must possess a valid and clean driving record
