JOB SUMMARY
Are you obsessed with sharing stories online and helping companies tell their story? Do you have a passion for all things copywriting and connecting brands with their audience? Do your friends look to you to help them craft the perfect email response, edit their papers, or find the perfect word or phrase? The role requires the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives while maintaining a positive attitude and energy. The Copywriter & Community Manager will serve as a full-time community manager for all our brands, including monitoring all website copy, creating unique and engaging content, crafting the perfect product description, replying to customer reviews, assisting in building website content and more. The Copywriter & Community Manager must have strong creative and professional writing skills and will work with the team to brainstorm and create initiatives to grow the assigned communities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver copy effective for a variety of digital channels, including social, display, e-mail, websites, and more
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content regularly.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Keep Content Strategy and Account Services team informed of community engagement happenings, opportunities, and any concerns
- General Client/Account Support
- Report monthly on brand love and overall sentiment to provide insights that may guide content creation
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
- Work with other creative team members to produce content.
- Work closely with social and email marketing team members to create assets that match campaign objectives.
- Crucial part of the planning progress for quarterly, weekly and monthly planning.
- Create and maintain templates for standardization and consistency across all brands.
- Plan and develop trend guides as well as stay up to date with the latest trends in content, fashion, design, and communication.
Qualifications

- Experience in marketing-related role or internship
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of graphic design software and tools ( Adobe Illustrator, Corel, Photoshop Canva, etc)
- Strong familiarity with SEO implementation and tools like (SEMRush, Google Analytics)
- Proficiency with Microsoft office tools particularly, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience in project management tools like Asana, Monday.com
- Portfolio of work or work samples that show a range of writing across different content pieces required.

- Exceptional sense of creativity
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Well organized and self-motivated. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Be a driven team player
- Ability to ask questions and learn new skills quickly on the job; be a self starter
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and priority multiple projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising or Marketing with a focus on copywriting. Digitally focused studies and/or internships with exposure to social marketing is highly preferred
- 2+ years experience in community management
- 2+ years experience in Copywriting
Language ability
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred (reading, writing and speaking) Ability to write professional correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations. Strong communication skills
