The role of Staff Chiropractor and/or Clinic Director encompasses the treatment and management of a diverse patient population, with a primary focus on personal injury cases within a multi-specialty environment. Additionally, this position involves addressing traditional spine and joint conditions. Opportunities are available across multiple locations within the metro Atlanta area. Compensation packages include a base salary supplemented by bonus incentives, ranging from the mid-90s for entry-level staff chiropractors to the mid-120s for experienced leaders in clinic director roles. We adhere to a multi-disciplinary approach, integrating the power of chiropractic in concert with medical specialties including interventional spine procedures, joint & spine surgery, and physical therapy. Clinic Director Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide strong daily leadership to the practice.
- Responsible for starting new patients, developing care plans, and managing care.
- Responsible for case management, patient compliance, & coordination of care with medical specialists.
- Overseeing & appropriately ordering advanced imaging
Staff Chiropractor Role & Responsibilities:
Staff Chiropractors are integral to supporting our high-volume practices. The primary responsibility is to support the Clinic Director to maintain exceptional care while exhibiting our core values of humility, expertise, and an all-in attitude.
Position Expectations:
- Strong orthopedic and neurological background: fluid, competent, and proficient with all orthopedic tests (joint & spine) and neurological packages
- Extremely competent in x-ray and x-ray interpretation
- Understands the importance of advanced imaging (i.e. MRI & CT) in reference to sub-acute care of injury patients
- Exhibit exceptional knowledge of all components of personal injury and/or third-party liability service liens
- Effectively treat, document, and manage all aspects of a patient’s care and personal injury case
- Willingness and ability to travel to other AICA locations to perform the same or similar chiropractic duties
- Ensure facility is clean, safe, inviting, and appropriately staffed and outfitted with the help of the practice manager & support staff
- Maintain our clinic hours of 9:30a-7p two days/week, 9a-6p two days/week, and 9-5 Fridays
- Rotate on-call schedule throughout the year with additional higher pay on weekends
Position Requirements:
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program with certification for therapeutic modalities.
- Experience: no previous experience required for staff chiropractor. Five to ten years experience for clinic directors, plus previous experience running a clinic.
- Preferred: Ability to effectively multi-task under pressure. Extremely strong communication and leadership skills to maintain direction and compliance in patient care
- Be team-oriented and able to work with various managers, staff, and providers
- Be able to make sound decisions while on the move in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact, engage, and communicate effectively with team members, licensed medical providers, patients, and executive management when necessary
Position Miscellaneous:
- Physical Demands: frequent sitting, standing, bending, stooping, and walking; occasional lifting up to 20-40 pounds; occasional periods of uninterrupted standing.
