We are a leading consumer products company in Miami looking for an exceptional Customer Service professional to perform a variety of tasks to support our team. Responsibilities include providing tech and order support to customers, improving customer satisfaction, and managing customer accounts. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support, primarily in activities related to interfacing with customers digitally and on the phone.
Responsibilities
-Act as a point of contact for wholesale and retail clients, supporting our customer service lead.
-Provide friendly email and phone communications with customers, with a focus on long-term retention and satisfaction.
-Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, assisting team task scheduling on Monday.com.
-Support admin and other staff with ad hoc duties such as for events and trade shows
-Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
-Position is located in North Miami, is full-time and in-office only
Requirements
-A positive attitude and a true desire to help customers solve problems is a must for this role
-Eager and willing to learn the mechanics of a growing ecommerce and wholesale business
-Excellent MS Office proficiency, clear and concise English communication
-Outstanding organizational and time management skills
-Familiarity with office software applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills, grammatically perfect written English
-Inventory management experience, and foreign languages are ideal but not required.
