We are looking for a driven and motivated Executive Assistant to provide support directly to the CEO of North Country Fire in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the CEO's work and communications.
This position provides a path to further roles, opportunities, and responsibilities within the organization to the candidate that is determined to succeed, learn new things, and excel at whatever comes their way.

Daily Responsibilities and General Duties:
- Responsiveness is a must, quick response times and availability.
- On-the-job and off-the-job learning and training.
- Act as a point of contact for a variety of different departments, internal and external to the company.
- Manage, and maintain multiple projects within the organization instructed by the CEO.
- Prepare, plan, and execute on tasks and projects associated with high-level objectives established by the CEO.
- Be a point of contact and manage partner relationships, while acting as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, partners, and colleagues.
- Monitor and manage recruitment for building out Departments and Teams within the company.
- Report directly to the CEO with new information and progress on projects on a regular basis.
- Learn and assist with tasks related directly to the CEO's responsibilities.
- Handle and respond to requests and queries appropriately in a timely manner.
- Conducting research and producing reports, presentations, and briefs based on the needs of the CEO.
- Maintaining a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Benefits and Salary:
Range of $45,000-$50,000 depending on proven skills and experience.
