Our company is hiring a Replenishment Associate to supervise the delivery process for a variety of products, ensure that all replenishment orders are filled and delivered to the appropriate locations and ensure that accurate inventory records are created for the company. A successful candidate for this position has a background in logistics or distribution and is capable of providing staff with direction and setting proper expectations. Responsibilities include assisting other departments with inventory transfers, creating daily delivery schedules and completing inventory records in real time.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor store inventory and optimize shelf-level positioning.
- Assist customers with store transactions.
- Check and confirm that product is available in the appropriate quantity and in acceptable condition.
- Deliver merchandise to the sales floor or to shipping.
- Communicate with other employees to coordinate accurate returns, restocking, and receiving of merchandise.
- Use the computerized ordering system to identify when products are not available in the quantities needed in specified stores; may also need to order additional products from supplier.
