Job Summary:
Predator Group is seeking a Digital Designer to join our team in Jacksonville FL, developing graphic and multimedia assets for our digital communication. You will work with our graphic artists and videographers to bring their artworks to life and define how our audience sees, feels, and interacts with our pool & billiard products.
This full-time position is within our marketing team based in Jacksonville, Florida. The digital designer will report to our Product Marketing Director and Sports / Institutional Marketing Director.
Portfolio must contain examples of static and animated digital ads, motion graphics or graphic design designed for organic and paid social media campaigns.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Develop and produce static and motion assets for diverse marketing channels; including organic and paid social media, e-commerce assets, newsletter assets, website and more.
· Ensure compliance with brand standards
· Collaborating with the graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters, to conceptualize and plan projects.
· Maintain impeccable file and template organization on our shared assets platforms. Communicate with our marketing managers and artists as to where assets can be found as needed
· Adjust formats and file sizes as needed, following our digital promotion processes and guidelines to ensure assets specs and accurate compression and naming conventions for SEO are all met
· Present designs and needs in a timely manner meetings with cross-functional team members
· Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation
Skills:
· You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
· 3-5 years of experience as a digital/web designer (agency or in-house creative department preferred)
· You’re confortable using a large amount of assets and developing Templates
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and digital ad creation platforms such as Canva, Creatopy or Figma.
· Understanding of design layout applied to mobile devices, including typography, color and information hierarchy, as well as specific social media platforms constrains.
· Strong interpersonal skills to solicit and handle feedback and collaborate with other members of the marketing team.
· Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
