A Hospitality company is looking to hire a Front Office Manager for their Boston location. The ideal candidate has experience with OPERA, with ADP being a plus. The role also requires the candidate to remain professional with customers and clients, and requires the candidate have availability to either come in on the weekends or stay later into the night. Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Booking clients, creating daily schedules for team
- Patient relations: Communicating with clients, helping with inquiries, and following up with information
- Cost Calculation: calculating nightly/weekly rates for rooms
- Compliance: Ensuring client confidentiality
- General Management: Oversee the front of house operations
- Software: Experience with hospitality software
