Summary/Objective: The Customer Service Representative will provide service and support to customers, sales representatives, and operations team. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, resolving customer service obstacles and disputes, and various other administrative functions. This position reports directly to the Dir of Operations.
Essential Functions:

Data entry-entering customer’s PO/orders into Infor M3

Communicating with the warehouse on any changes made to any orders and or deliveries

Reviewing BOL’S & Packing Slips for Accuracy

Processing RMAs for credits/customer return
-
E Filing
-
Answering emails in a timely manner.
-
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
-
Communicating with customers through various channels.
-
Become familiar with our products so you may assist customers with any questions they may have.

Processing orders, forms, and requests.
-
Other duties assigned as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
-
Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience in a sales driven customer service organization

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
-
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
-
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support via email, portals, phone.
-
Must maintain composure while dealing with customer and or stressful situations.

Computer literate and proficient in Excel and Word
-
Experience working with customer support.

Ability to work extended Hours, if needed
-
Excellent attendance is a top requirement for this position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
