**Responsibilities:**
- Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage phone calls, scheduling, and patient inquiries efficiently.
- Present treatment plans and handle financial transactions.
- Utilize dental practice software (experience with Eaglesoft or Dentrix a plus).
- Assist with insurance verification, claims, billing, A/R, and collections.
- Support the back office during busy periods to maintain workflow.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a dental office setting.
- Proficiency in dental practice software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or equivalent) and basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain organized and detail-oriented under pressure.
- Previous dental assisting experience is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
