Responsibilities:
- Assist real estate agents with property listings, marketing materials, and client communications
- Answer phones
- Light data entry and bookkeeping
- Handle paperwork, contracts, and agreements for real estate transactions
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in administrative tasks to support the team effectively
- Bookkeeping or Quickbooks knowledge is a plus
