Job Description:
Will be performing both preventative maintenance and maintenance on stamping presses, conveyor systems, drilling machines, deburring machines, and other various production machines. Also performs facility maintenance as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans procedures, installs, and repairs production machinery, including uncoiled, leveler, fine blanking, tumbling, V-hole.
- Repairs and maintains the building, includes power and light circuits, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning system, electrical and electronic controls; carpentry, and related operations involved in repairing building and grounds. Diagnoses problems and extent of repair necessary and reports labor time and parts used.
- Uses necessary machine tools to maintain production operation.
- Orders maintenance supplies.
- Maintains equipment and supplies for all plant systems.
- Provides recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Hydraulics Work-Experience is a must.

Working Conditions: Works inside the plant where there is a great deal of noise and outside the building in whatever weather conditions exist at that time. The work may be dusty, dirty and greasy.
Physical Effort: Works on a hard surface; stands, stoops, bends, and lifts heavy objects (approximately 50 lbs.). May work on top of the building or in the ceiling where the use of a ladder or mechanical lift is required.
Safety Equipment: Wears safety shoes, glasses, gloves, and earplugs where required.
Job Requirements
Qualification Requirements:
High School diploma or GED; certification in industrial electronics or maintenance. Two (2) years of industrial maintenance experience.
Additional Preferred Qualifications: Four (4) years or more industrial maintenance experience in some or all of the following areas: hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, plumbing and welding. Associate degree in the industrial, mechanical or electrical field.
The ideal candidate should have:
The ability to fabricate
Working knowledge and experience with lathes, mills, and grinders
Experience with programming and/or troubleshooting PLCs
Required Skills:
- Ability to troubleshoot machine problems
- Experience with Preventative Maintenance
- Experience with machine tear-downs and rebuilds
- Working knowledge of Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Working knowledge of industrial controls and industrial electricity
- Ability to read electrical and fluid schematics
- Ability to use welding/cutting equipment
Schedule: Right now! the immediate need is 2nd shift
2nd - 2pm to 10:30pm
3rd- 10pm to 6:30am
Rotating Shift :6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6pm
Weekly Pay -Every Thursday!
