SUMMARY
As the Assistant Store Manager of our first US retail store, you will play a critical role in the growth of our US brand.
Your mission will be to support a team and store environment that delivers a best-in-class customer experience and reaches our sales and operational goals. You will bring positivity and entrepreneurial spirit to the role to help us create and improve processes, lead your team, and grow the US brand.
You will be an ambassador of Etam’s values, acting as the face of the brand both for our customers and team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Champion a best-in-class customer experience.
- Ensure that the team is delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Respond to complaints and concerns in a professional manner while being results-oriented.
- Be the voice of the customer, working closely with our HQ teams to discuss insights and drive improvements.
Deliver results.
- Manage teams and operations to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction and profitability goals.
- Manage logistics of the team (HR and staffing), store, inventory, product, and visual merchandising.
Be a leader.
- Build a team of associates who uphold Etam’s brand values and who can act as fellow ambassadors.
- Coach, manage and focus your team, maintaining a performance culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Work alongside them to demonstrate best practices in customer service and product knowledge
Use your entrepreneurial spirit to create positive change.
- Continually seek to improve existing ways of working to improve the customer experience, reduce friction, and grow sales and brand awareness.
- Think outside the box. Partner with marketing and HQ teams to conceptualize and execute in-store activations and partnerships that elevate the brand and drive growth.
