JOB TITLE: Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant
EMPLOYER: Winget Homes

REPORTS TO: Owner
EFFECTIVE DATE: ASAP
SUMMARY: Provides bookkeeping and administrative support to Ownership and Construction Management team. We are currently seeking assistance for 20 hours/week (half-time), position is remote, but local to Central Indiana is preferred.
Winget Homes is a design+build firm based in Zionsville, IN specializing in new construction, major renovations, and new additions.

*REMOTE/HYBRID* > Pay is $25/hr for guaranteed 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Daily/weekly expense tracking
- Utilize Buildertrend project management software for time and expense tracking (prior experience NOT required*)
- Bi-weekly project P&L’s in Quickbooks
- Other related bookkeeping tasks
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
- QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Acute attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Ability to work with all personality types, not afraid to communicate ideas in the face of adversity.
