Job Title: Scheduler
Job Summary:
Adonai Alliance Homecare of Lowell is hiring for a Bilingual Home Care Scheduler - English/Haitian Creole and/or Spanish. The scheduler directs the activities of the Scheduling Department, is the first responder to client complaints, assists with coordinating with the manager, including hiring and disciplinary actions and prepares and administers the evaluation process.
Responsibilities:
- Bilingual Home Care Scheduler - English/Haitian Creole and/or Spanish will serve as the primary contact for clients, family members, and caregivers
- Directs coordinator activities
- Takes incoming referrals without delay
- Cooperates with Scheduling Manager regarding new processes developed to improve workflow and efficiency
- Files all incoming documents timely and efficiently keeping all HIPAA information secured
- Interacts with contract case managers and others to enhance the PR of the agency
- Actively works to encourage departmental growth (networking)
- Takes all client complaints/concerns processing the issue to resolution and documenting all facets of the case, in collaboration with the Supervisor/Branch Manager
Skills:
- Proficiency in medical office procedures and terminology
- Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or similar scheduling software
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical administrative support
- Familiarity with Epic or other electronic health record systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience:
- Home Care, Health Care or Hospice: 2 years (Preferred)
- Scheduling: 2 years (Preferred)
