Duties:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Skills:
Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure customer safety
Strong customer service skills to provide an excellent experience
Familiarity with brewing techniques for crafting specialty drinks
Understanding of food safety protocols in a bar setting
Experience in the food service industry preferred
Sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials
Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices in bartending
