Admin Assistant

Pay Rate $23/hr W2
Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
3 months contract to hire
Manage multiple mailing projects concurrently, ensuring that deadlines are
met and client expectations are exceeded.
Act as a primary point of contact for both internal and external clients,
communicating project updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Demonstrate proficiency with numbers and data, as well as exceptional
attention to detail, to ensure accurate processing of mailing materials.
Collaborate with the Development team and operations personnel to
understand print and inserter machine requirements for each project.
Utilize OOM (Office Output Manager) to generate reports for clients,
providing them with timely updates on project status and performance.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the mailing process, escalating
complex problems to the appropriate manager for resolution.
Possess a thorough understanding of postal requirements and regulations
to ensure compliance with mailing standards and guidelines.
Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, adapting quickly to
changing priorities and deadlines.
Generate and update reports for billing purposes, ensuring accuracy and
completeness of all financial records.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Admin assistant: 4 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Outlook: 4 years (Preferred)
