We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Tenant Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring our tenants receive responsive, compassionate, and effective service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Efficiently resolve tenant issues, coordinating with relevant departments as necessary.
- Regularly communicate important updates, policy changes, and general information to tenants.
- Collect and analyze tenant feedback to aid in service improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of tenant interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations in all tenant interactions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in record-keeping.
- Ability to empathize and build relationships with diverse individuals.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of housing regulations is a plus.
