Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of a nursing unit.
- Ensure staff provides high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
- Develop and implement individualized resident care plans.
- Monitor and document resident conditions and progress.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare professionals regarding resident needs.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.
