Job Description:
SD Ireland is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a seasonal part-time position. The ideal candidate must possess stellar customer service skills and proficiency in data entry, processing applications, and communicating with potential tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and return phone calls promptly
- Coordinate with the Leasing Manager to schedule property showings
- Perform data entry tasks, including processing rental applications
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential tenants
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in data entry and computer applications (MS Office Suite)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
