Maintain daily operations of Adult and Child Abuse/Neglect Registry. Administers the Kansas Intake/Investigation Protection (KIPS) system, WKRP and CRA. Provides customer service and timely responses to individuals and businesses who have requested Registry services or need account information. Telework available, must be able to report to office as needed. Completes additional registry requests such as History requests submitted by law enforcement and other DCF agencies. Completes all OSCAR requests.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications*: Three years of experience in general office, clerical, and administrative support work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
*If degree is a requirement listed, a transcript showing proof of graduation or degree obtained must be emailed to DCF.Recruitment@ks.gov. Subject line must reference JOB ID # so transcript can be reviewed with application.

· Security Clearance: A background check (KBI - criminal background, welfare fraud, driver's license and Child/Adult Abuse and Neglect Central Registry) is required for all positions with the Department for Children and Families (DCF) as a condition of employment, which may include fingerprinting and FBI check. Security clearance must be obtained prior to employment with DCF. Must maintain security clearance throughout employment.
