2. Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of store.
3. Maintain outstanding store conditions and customer service
4. Recruiting and training staff
5. Ensure compliance with company safety, policy and procedures.
6. Controlling inventory at optimal level
7.Additional manager duties as needed
