Scenic Ridge Company is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the President/CEO. In addition, this position will coordinate various property management and bookkeeping responsibilities for associated entities/properties. The ability to perform timely and accurate bookkeeping and accounting functions is essential to the role. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with team members, business associates and customers, representing the organization and the President well. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the President’s professional and personal schedule, preparing communications, and providing responsive, exceptional service with an others-centered focus. The Executive Assistant will bring efficiencies and thrive in an independent work environment.
Executive Assistant position qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Minimum 3+ years of experience performing accounting / bookkeeping and general office duties
- An understanding of property management administration, a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology including MS Office and Accounting Software (QuickBooks, a plus)
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Demonstrated community involvement
