Successful company in Carrollton, Texas has an immediate opening for an experience Customer Service Call Center Manager - Ideal candidate must be bilingual in English & Spanish and have recent experience working with a WMS system to handle Customer Order Return process fluently.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be a Problem Resolution Specialist who can train the team to be resourceful
- Must be able to train, bridge, and delegate duties to other team members
- Must be need a hands-on manager, no time for a bad attitude or this is not my job type of mentality
- Accountable for team training and performance
- Must be a multi-tasker and be goal oriented
- Must have RECENT call center experience, fluent using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and have worked in a Customer Fulfillment / Customer Order Return Center
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish – fluency required
- Job is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
