Job Description
Assisting with day-to-day accounting functions such as processing purchase orders and pick-ups. Entering and assisting with managing vendors and bills. Reviewing and processing sales contracts for accuracy. Set up and editing vendors into QuickBooks. Back-up assist with processing of payroll on a weekly basis including bonus calculations, data entry and reconciliations. Strong attention to detail is required. Ability to follow outlined company processes.

- Reconciliation of packing slips to invoices
- Reconciliation of payroll timesheets
- Collect and summarize all weekly bonuses for approval
- Reconcile credit card transactions
- Reconciliation of health insurance premiums
- Reconciliation of marketing spend in CRM vs QuickBooks
- Enter, audit and reconciliation of Revenue per hour inputs
- Enter the daily inventory transactions
- Month-end GL account reconciliation (window Inventory, customer deposit account)
Requirements:
- 1 year of accounting experience
- Full time availability
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as team player to which effectively work towards achieving company goals.
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality
- Ability to follow outlined company processes.
- Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
