Office/Clerical - Administrative Assistant in Addison, TX

Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM (M - F) - US$40.00/h
Job Description:
- You will lead administrative tasks in the support of three Vice Presidents in Customer Experience.
- You will perform a variety of administrative functions including calendar management, domestic & international travel itineraries, and meeting & event planning.
- You will also assist in the submission and reconciliation of expense reports.
- In addition, your assistance will be needed by other team leaders in various projects.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You must be efficient, inventive, a good problem solver, and organized.
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as experience using Concur travel and expense system (A Plus)
