Customer Service Agent Job Duties

Enter all purchase and repair order in a timely manner

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and partners

Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure seamless operations

Take pro-active steps to notify customers of potential problems or schedule changes

Maintains and builds positive relationships with clients
Customer Service Agent Requirements:

1-2 years in customer service experience Medical or Aerospace production
-
Experience with entering PO's and understanding the quality requirements within the contracts

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills
-
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm

Flexible start time! You could also start at 7am!
Pay: $55k- $58k annually
