Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of Customer Service office procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with Micro-Soft Office and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
