Process and generate financial data.Prepare a complete financial statement monthlyControl all posted documents, including time records, vehicle deals, commissions, and inventory changes.Manage petty cash amounts for the dealership and sales department.Reconcile select accounts monthlyAdministrative Functions:Analyze and organize office operation and procedure.Prepare daily bank deposits and cash reports.Maintain an effective cash management system and forecast cash needs.Ensure compliance with government regulations.Communication and Reporting:Provide accurate reporting to the dealer/general manager.Print monthly journals, schedules, and general ledger.Prepare sales commission/chargeback detail reports.Other Responsibilities:Manage the payoff of vehicle floor plans and works with bank representatives.Compile information and prepare reports as requested by management.Maintain confidential employment files and dealership job descriptions.Ensuring title work and payoffs on trade ins are completed
