About the Role
The Sr. Account Manager manages and maintains relationships with current high profile clients. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure client needs and ACE goals are met. The Sr. Account Manager oversees the Account Manager and collaborates with them to provide excellent customer service across the portfolio.

- Serve as the senior point of contact in escalated matters related to client concerns and needs.
- Delivers and creates presentations to external teams
- Drives client retention and client satisfaction (measured)
- Works with Account Manager on day-to-day operations processes including campaign set-up
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand client goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals
- Manage client activity for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Collaborate with clients to determine product/service interests and requests.
- Build relationships with clients to ensure brand success.
- Prepare and hold quarterly business meetings with key clients to review operations and sales performance.
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely manner
- Provide updates to CEO and COO on client relationships
- Involved with marketing inquiries and goals of external marketing firm

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of proven success in client and account management
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience with project management
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine accountable solutions.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- A focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software; prior experience in using a CRM database
- Managing time and multiple priorities effectively
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with the team
