Lead communication with clients/owners to discuss immediate and long-term marketing plans
Assist in the development of marketing programs designed to generate traffic for our apartment communities
Partner with VPs, Regional, and Property Managers to implement strategic marketing plans tailored to each community
Analyze under-performing apartment communities, create demand/conversion reports and provide recommended marketing action plan
Develop marketing budgets for new lease-up properties
Research the market and be well versed in current market trends
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing and advertising strategies
Oversee and manage the development of creative communication pieces, promotional materials, presentations, websites, reports and training materials
Assist in the creation, execution and on-going training of marketing programs
Working closely with design agencies and marketing vendors
Attend and participates in making presentations to prospective owners/clients to secure management agreements
Lead communication with clients and owners to discuss immediate and long-term marketing plans
Must be experienced in content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and more
Demonstrates skills in using the internet for marketing and product advertising, and proficiency in navigating websites and internet communication tools such as e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other social media and advertising software.
Organizational Responsibilities:
- Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to property operations, and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s).
Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s).
Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property.
Keeps abreast of new trends and changes in the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training classes, apartment association meetings, and other events, and accessing other information sources
