We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate ABA Clinical Director to join our team. The Clinical Director will oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including program development, staff management, and quality assurance. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive ABA programs based on individualized assessments and treatment goals.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinic staff.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and ethical guidelines in the delivery of ABA services.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for clinic staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of our services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing ABA therapy services as a BCBA to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of clinicians and support staff.
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards governing the provision of ABA services.
- Experience working in a clinic or similar healthcare setting preferred.
