Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
- Daily call volume: 75 - 100 calls
- Answering patient phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments while ensuring accurate patient information is obtained
- Providing comprehensive information for patient inquiries, such as refund requests, insurance details, and medical records
- Transferring calls to management when necessary or taking accurate messages if the manager is unavailable
- Following up with patients who miss appointments
- Undertaking additional projects as assigned by management, which may include administrative tasks like document shredding, assembling patient charts, and making outreach calls
- Bilingual staff members are responsible for scheduling and assisting patients in their language to ensure effective communication.
Schedule
We are looking for applicants who can work Monday through Friday from either
12:00 PM to 8:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
You will have one day off during the week and Sundays off.
Our Management team will be scheduling interviews starting Friday, 7/5/2024.
