Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Duties:
- Photocopy/compile receipt packets from registers for accounting department & audit file daily
- Develop/maintain total sales summary for golf and restaurant daily
- Route invoices for signature and ensure proper approval prior to submitting to accounting
- Develop/maintain spreadsheet for food cost data tracking
- Provide administrative support by way of photocopy, email, scan, phone calls, etc.
- Other special project assignments as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or related field.
- Proficiency in office software applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
- Basic accounting skills a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
