Overview: Join our team as a Martial Arts Instructor and inspire students to develop their physical and mental skills through martial arts training. Duties: - Teach martial arts techniques, forms, and principles to students of various skill levels - Plan and lead engaging martial arts classes that promote skill development and discipline - Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students to support their progress - Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure students' safety during training sessions - Incorporate behavior management strategies to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment - Educate students on the history and philosophy of martial arts disciplines such as Karate, Judo, and more - Utilize physical education concepts to enhance students' overall fitness and coordination - Experience working with children or students in a coaching, childcare, or educational setting is beneficial Requirements: - Proficiency in martial arts disciplines such as Karate, Judo, or other forms - Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate techniques to students of all ages - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on motivating and inspiring students - Experience in behavior management techniques for working with groups of students - Passion for teaching and guiding individuals in their martial arts journey - Certification or rank in specific martial arts styles is preferred but not required - Willingness to continuously learn and improve teaching methods If you are enthusiastic about sharing your passion for martial arts with others and helping students grow both physically and mentally, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.
