Calling all Speech-Language Pathologists!
Therapeutic Resources has pediatric positions available throughout the five boroughs of New York City and Westchester in the following settings:
- Preschools
- Schools
- Early Intervention (five boroughs only)
Our interview and onboarding process is done virtually. In addition to your dedicated placement manager, we also offer full-time tech assistance and ongoing clinical support.
Responsibilities
- Identify treatment options
- Create and carry out an individualized treatment plan that addresses specific functional needs
- Teach children how to make sounds and improve their voices and maintain fluency
- Help individuals improve vocabulary and sentence structure used in oral and written language
- Work with children and adults to develop and strengthen the muscles used to swallow
- Counsel individuals and families on how to cope with communication and swallowing disorders
Skills
- Proven working experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of Speech Therapy
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices per discipline and drive to continually learn and grow in the profession
- Professional behavior
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Valid license to practice Speech Therapy in NY

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $58.00 - $86.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 35 per week
