We are looking for upbeat and outgoing candidates for our Experienced Customer Service Representative and Sales Positions. Responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, processing policy changes, collecting missing documents, taking payments and helping customers with product information and questions. And selling property and casualty insurance. Customer Service Representatives must be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks at once and communicate effectively. Previous insurance experience and working in a call center is a plus.
Must have a Florida 4-40 or 2-20 License. 2-20 is NOT required.
Responsibilities for Customer Service:
- Listen to customers' concerns and offer assistance when needed.
- Answer customers' questions.
- Take payments
- Process endorsement changes
- Gather missing documents
- Retention
Responsibilities for Sales:
- Call leads
- Gather prospect information
- Sell!! (Home and Auto)
- Make outgoing calls
- Answer inbound sales calls

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
