Looking for a seasoned office manager with experience in landscaping or trade for a very busy seasonal office.
Ideal candidate should be:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
· Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role
· Strong organization and multitasking skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
· Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
· Effective listening and communication skills.
· Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
· Demonstrated leadership capabilities; proven ability to coach and develop office staff
· Proficiency in office software, including Excel, Service Assistant (Landscape CRM)
· Familiarity with bookkeeping and human resources practices
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Knowledge of the landscape industry is a plus but not required
· B-lingual (Spanish / English) a plus
Salary commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
