H2B Administrative Coordinator
A privately held company, designs, manufactures; markets and distributes a variety of stuffed toy & novelty products for outdoor amusement parks and attractions, location-based indoor family entertainment centers and vending companies that operate skill crane machines.
Our mission is straightforward and simple. We aim to supply superior quality, value-oriented products, and service to customers operating games in amusement venues. We have established distribution facilities in Texas and Pennsylvania.
We are seeking a detail-oriented H2B Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the administrative point-of-contact who would handle the day-to-day functions of our H2B Visa Program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and finalize H2B Visa support.
- Handle day-to-day employee requests and issues.
- Create employee files.
- Ensure all Safety Training is in place.
- Analyze program data and develop reports of H2B activity and expenses.
- Ensure all Identity Documentation is up to date.
- Handle all inquiries for lodging.
- Handle all inquiries for supply runs.
- Accounts Payable
- Set up and track all travel.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- E-File employee records
- Assist with recruitment of new staff.
MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Skill in written and verbal communication
- Ability to build customer relationships and provide appropriate levels of customer service.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

CREDENTIALS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college a plus
- Two or more years of experience in an Administrative Coordinator Role
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Solid knowledge Of Microsoft Office products (Excel a must)
- 10 Key by touch – 8k KPH minimum
- Typing – 45 wpm minimum
