Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in various office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Manage office tasks including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Utilize Outlook Calendar for scheduling and reminders
- Support office management by handling correspondence and communications
- Utilize software such as DocuSign, Google calendar and company database for document management and financial tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in customer service roles is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic office management practices
