Position Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and evaluating the various services, policies and programs within Wichita Urology Group. The HR Manager keeps a pulse on employee relations, ensure practice are compliant with regulations and coordinates the administering of services in regards to onboarding, benefits and training.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource to managers and staff on human resource issues
- Define consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals
- Act as a key business partner to Department Managers to improve the recruiting process
- Analyze wage and salary reports/data to determine competitive compensation plan
- Recruits, interviews and selects employees to fill vacancies
- Conducts new hire orientation
- Tracking, Notifying, and Enrolling Employees in the following:
o Health and Dental Insurance
o Life Insurance
o Supplemental Insurance
o Retirement
· Handle and maintain FMLA, Workers Compensation and Unemployment matters
· Help prepare payroll, working closely with the Practice Accountant
· Organize materials, presentations and schedule staff / department meetings
- Maintains and audits various records such as employee files, personnel health files, licenses and certification
- Employee coaching, conversations and discipline with Department Managers

- Work on special projects
- Help provide support to the Director of Operations, working closely with projects, employee issues and additional tasks as necessary
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, required
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential, preferred
- 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Performance Requirements:

- Knowledge of worker's compensation regulations and statutes.
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and principles.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Skills:
- Skill in computer and spreadsheet applications.
- Skill in effective oral and written communication.
Abilities:
- Ability to analyze and interpret data from reports.
- Ability to work under pressure to ensure compliance.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
