Consolidated Solutions is a marketing execution and communications company located in Cleveland, OH. CS has continued to experience growth year over year and has over 150 employees. This position works directly with the CEO as well as his client support team.
Responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and take initiative to work independently.
- Professional phone and email correspondence skills.
- Keep strict client and company confidentiality
- Support the CEO on business and client matters
- Respond to clients in a professional and timely manner
- Follow up on client needs and questions and ensure a response is provided
- Alert and follow up with CEO on urgent or outstanding client matters
- Perform day to day administrative and clerical functions
- Ensure calendar is updated
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Perform support tasks for other team members, as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant office experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe, Teams, Monday.com a plus
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills with good phone/email etiquette
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Strong interpersonal skills
