Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.
Duties:
- Perform data entry, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support with customer service inquiries and provide assistance as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Google Suite
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Experience in a Water Treatment company is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
