MARKETING COORDINATOR
Location: Jacksonville, Florida (in-office opportunity)
JOB SUMMARY:
JWB is looking for a passionate and energetic marketing professional to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented, quick-thinking mindset. An understanding of the real estate market is an advantage as well. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, driving lead generation, and ensuring the success of our marketing campaigns across our rental homes and realty businesses.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Management and implementation of JWB brand and messaging across all current and prospective resident communications
· Management of JWB Rental Homes social media pages and digital community development
· Management of all JWB Rental Homes web content
· Write effective property descriptions for use in listings and landing pages
· Manage the photography and promotion process to ensure all properties are represented in the best possible light
· Develop graphics in Canva as needed
· Leverage Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, as required to support the Operations of the business
· Management of ongoing accuracy of all listings and promotions for available rental properties
· Provide ad hoc sales support to the leasing and realty teams, as needed to meet shared goals
· Assist in performance marketing activities, including tracking and analyzing campaign results
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals and metrics
- Represent the organization in a mature and professional manner in office and at after-hours local networking events
- Continued growth and education
- All other duties as assigned by Marketing Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in marketing
- Strong grasp of social media advertising, engagement, and conversion
- Superior communication skills, collaborative with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Work well in a team-oriented environment and analyze decisions with broad perspective
- Results oriented leader with high level of self-motivation
- Exhibit coachability and humility toward all continual professional growth
- Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress, Marketing Cloud, Internet applications and related software
- Demonstrate effective and efficient decision-making skills
OFFICE HOURS: (in-office opportunity)
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm or 7:30am-4pm
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
$50,000 Base Salary
$5,000 Short Term Incentives
= $55,000 Total Compensation
