- Basic skills in drywall, painting/staining, plumbing.
- Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment: change filters, replace caulk, tile/grout
- Replacing toilet flapper valves, water supply lines and fill valves in toilets
- Re-installing towel bars, rods and toilet paper holders
- Resetting breakers and GFI outlets.
- Diagnosing refrigerator problems and adjusting refrigerator/freezer settings.
- Putting interior sliding doors and bedroom closet doors back on track.
- Putting patio screen doors back on track & lubricating door track.
- Replace light bulbs and ballasts, repair closet/drapery tracks. as well as furniture, stain furniture and repair knicks and gouges. Replace remote control batteries.
- Unclog toilets and sinks, touch up paint and glue peeling wallpaper.
- Replacing air conditioner filters.
- Re-attaching phone jacks or wires to phones.
- Reprogramming TV/DVD/VCR’s remote controls and installing batteries in the remotes (batteries included).
- Replacing batteries in smoke detectors.
- Diagnostic calls for Appliances, TV and DVD players.
- Maintain accurate functioning of all equipment and tools.
- Detailed record keeping in English is required for online work order system, handwritten logs and inspection sheets.
- Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed by leadership; willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties as a team player
Full-time (40 hours). Exp. preferred. Basic computer skills and mobile app exp. needed, exp. with Excel spreadsheets preferred. Pay based on exp.
