SUMMARY: Great opportunity for experienced successful sales professionals, there is no cap on commissions with unlimited income potential with an aggressive compensation plan including salary and commissions. Experienced Candidates will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining new business opportunities by selling our complete IP Network solutions to Enterprise accounts which encompasses hardware, software and services to ensure individual success and meet the organization’s business objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties of this position include:
- Identify, qualify and close new strategic accounts.
- Develop new leads through persistent cold calling and Internet research.
- Create and execute on an account plan to maximize opportunities and leverage our integrated solutions offering within key accounts.
- Effectively communicate and present to all executive levels of an organization, Absolute Communication’s competitive value proposition.
- Lead negotiations, conduct product demonstrations, coordinate complex decision-making process, and overcome objections to capture new business opportunities.
- Proactively develop sales techniques to effectively identify and quantify new business opportunities.
- Consistently portray a professional image in all communications to potential customers.
- Proactively enter and track all leads and contacts through Web-based Sales Tool(s).
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years professional sales experience in high-tech or service related industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding corporate objectives and quota attainment.

- Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives.
- Self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
- Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, integrity, and outstanding organizational time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Products
- Professional demeanor; team player orientation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Associate degree or equivalent sales experience.

- Valid driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.

Compensation
Target $45,000.00-$65,000 composed of base + commission
Salary: $28,000-35,000.00 /year
