We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented 4-40 Customer Representative to join our insurance team. The successful candidate will assist clients with their insurance needs, process policy changes, handle claims, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work under the supervision of a licensed 2-20 agent.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and claims.
- Process policy applications, changes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Provide support to clients during the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients as needed.
- Support the 2-20 General Lines Agent with administrative tasks and customer service functions.
- Stay updated on insurance products, services, and industry regulations.
- Participate in training and professional development activities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid Florida 4-40 Customer Representative license.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using insurance agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a licensed 2-20 agent.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in insurance or customer service is preferred.

Pay: $18.70 - $24.00 per hour
